• Once you have successfully become a HTX Partner, you can send your referral link to friends and trade at HTX. You will receive commissions up to 60% from the invitee’s transaction fees. You can also create special referral links with different fee discounts for efficient invitations.

Commission rules on the Referral Program

1. Referral Commission Calculation Rules

• For each spot or futures trade your invitee completes, you will receive a 50% for spot and 60% for future trade, lifetime commission on their trading fees, which is valid indefinitely.

• Each inviter can invite an unlimited number of friends. The higher the trading fees of the invitees, the higher the commission for both the inviter, with no upper limit.

• Commission is calculated based on the net trading fees actually paid by invitees. Net trading fees exclude fees generated from the trades with spot cashback vouchers, futures trial bonuses, zero fees, negative fees, etc.

Trading fee = Trading volume x Fee rate.

Net trading fee = Trading fee - Fees with spot cashback vouchers, futures trial bonuses, zero fees, negative fees, etc.

Referral commission = Net trading fees x 30%.

• Inviters may not receive commissions in the following situations:

If invitees’ trades involve negative fees, the portion subsidized by the platform will be deducted before calculating the commission.

Sub-accounts cannot be used to invite friends.

Trading volume from sub-accounts of the invitees will be counted towards their main accounts.

Market makers are not eligible for referral commission.

• Referral data will be calculated based on the UTC+8 time zone.

• The commissions will be settled in the cryptos subject to the actual ones traded by the invitees. For example, if your invitee trades $HTX, the commissions will be settled in $HTX. If the invitee trades other cryptos, the settlement will be in USDT.

• Referral commissions will be credited to inviters’ accounts between 20:00 and 21:00 (UTC+8) on the day following their invitees’ completion of trades.

• Inviters can check the Referral - Commission Overview on HTX’s official website or the Referral - My Commission Percentage on HTX App to view detailed commission earnings.

2. Notes on Crypto Mystery Box Rewards

1. Currently, the Mystery Box event is exclusively open to regular users, those with a 30% commission rate. To participate, visit HTX’s website or app and share your referral link with friends. Once your friends complete the sign-up, login, and trading tasks, both you and your friends will each receive the Crypto Mystery Box as a reward.

2. Inviters can enjoy both Mystery Box rewards and a 30% commission.

3. Each Crypto Mystery Box remains valid for 14 days from the time of acquisition. After this period, the Crypto Mystery Box cannot be opened. Make sure to open your Crypto Mystery Box within this timeframe. For instance, if you acquire a Crypto Mystery Box at 10:00 (UTC+8) on January 5, it will be valid until 10:00 (UTC+8) on January 19.

4. To claim your Crypto Mystery Boxes, visit Referral My Referrals Mystery Box on the HTX App, then proceed to open them. Invitees can claim their Crypto Mystery Boxes by going to User Center My Rewards Gift Box on the HTX App, and then opening them.

5. There is no limit to the number of Crypto Mystery Boxes an inviter can receive. The more referrals they make, the more Mystery Boxes they will obtain. An invitee can receive only one Crypto Mystery Box, but there is no limit to the number of Crypto Mystery Boxes they can receive once they participate in the HTX Referral Program.

6. Each Mystery Box contains cryptocurrencies worth up to 1,500 USDT. You may discover popular cryptos such as BTC, ETH, HTX, TRX, DOGE, FIL, SHIB, USDT, as well as futures trial bonuses. Rewards may vary over time, and those obtained upon opening a Crypto Mystery Box will be considered final.

8. Only trading volumes with paid trading fees are considered for this event. Trading volumes of stablecoins, trades with zero trading fees or negative fee rates, and trades involving the use of cashback vouchers or futures trial bonuses are not included in the volume calculation for this event.

Here are the steps to become an HTX Affiliate and start earning commissions:

Step 1: Register to be an HTX Affiliate. Submit your application by completing the provided form. Our team will evaluate your application promptly. Once you meet the specified criteria, your application will be approved.

Step 2: Create and share your referral link. Head to the referral page to obtain your unique referral code and exclusive invitation link. You can also download an exclusive poster to share with your friends. If you’re inviting friends in person, they can scan the QR code to register. You have the flexibility to set different referral codes if you’re using multiple channels to invite users.

Step 3: Earn commission by inviting new users. Monitor the status of your invitees on the commission dashboard or referral page. Once an invitee begins trading, you can view and receive your commission the following day. Start inviting and earning today!

Commission rules for HTX Affiliate

For all verified HTX Affiliates, their commission percentage will be upgraded to Level 1, granting a 40% share of trading fees for Spot transactions and 50% for Derivatives transactions, up from the default 30%. Additionally, meeting upgrade criteria within the evaluation period automatically elevates affiliates to Level 2 or Level 3. Conversely, failure to meet quarterly evaluation criteria results in an automatic one-level downgrade in the subsequent quarter, with Level 1 affiliates reverting to the status of retail investors. Evaluation periods last 3 months, starting from the initial commission percentage adjustment, which remains valid indefinitely.

HTX Affiliates with Level 2 or Level 3 commission rates facing downgrade post-evaluation are eligible for a level extension, preserving their current commission level for one quarter until the next evaluation, provided they maintain a daily average of ≥500 HTX over the preceding 30 days. Affiliates can avail themselves of one extension opportunity per level (at Level 2 and Level 3).
